A financial adviser, more often called financial planner, is a professional who offers services to individuals, business and governments. This maybe involves investments, investment advice, may include pension planning, and/or advice on life insurance and/or other insurances such as income protection insurance, critical illness insurance, etc., and/or advice on mortgages. Ideally, the adviser helps the client maintain the desired balance of investment income, capital gains, and acceptable level of risks by using proper asset allocation. Advisers use stock, bonds, mutual funds, real estate investment trust (REITs), options, futures, notes, and insurance products to meet the needs of their clients. Many financial advisers receive a commission payment for the various financial products that they broker, although “fee-based” planning is becoming increasingly popular in the financial services industry.

Designations and Qualifications.

A “investment adviser” can be anyone with a vocation in consulting clients with an intent to better their financial situations. The term can apply to Certified Financial Planners (CFP®), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), investment representatives, insurance consultants, attorneys whose practice surrounds personal financial or estate matters, or financial planners. In the US, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), designation, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and the Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) are all advanced specializations that require elaborate course of work to obtain. And these professional designations are issued by organizations such as the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, the Certified Planner Board of Standards, and the College for Financial Planning. On the other hand, there are three main bodies awarding qualifications for financial advisers in the UK. The main one is the Chartered Insurance Institute, which offers financial services qualifications all the way from beginner to degree levels. The IFS School of Finance offers alternative courses/qualifications in certain specialist areas such as mortgages and equity release. The Institute of Financial Planning offers the Certified Financial Planner.

One of the goals and roles of a financial adviser is assisting clients in planning and arrangement of their financial affairs, such as savings, retirement provisions, tax treatment and wills.

The major services offered by the retirement financial adviser is retirement planning and a complete versatile knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, asset allocation, financial tools and products to establish realistic goals and the strategy by which to reach them. In the United States, this include the use of several investment tools such as 401(k)/403(b) Roth account(s), mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and CDs to name few tools. The financial adviser determines what percentage of the available income is necessary–taking into account tax liabilities, expected inflation, and projected return of investment–to meet a minimum balance by the client’s target age of retirement. This is through a fairly straight forward calculation, hand many automated tools to do this.

The retirement planning adviser’s greatest contribution is asset allocation: determining how to maximize the return of investment while satisfying the client’s risk tolerance.

And every whole process, made by all the financial advisers, whatever their specialization is summed up all in one word – Control.

Employment and Internet connections

A stable employment credibility is relying on Internet connections, as On-line based worker, service provider, or a contractor.

My other brother got problems,  on Internet connections. My Brother in a city experiences that? He really chosen the venue and workplace of his own preference, because he really know all that.
And what will happen to a disruption to an internet connection, decrease of pay, We are usually rated and paid normally per hour basis.
It's really practical both for the contractor and the employer.

And what, is the after effect of this problem, for me, perhaps...
I am really fortunate, that we have an extra modem and connection that is being shared from my brother... The original connection is situated more than 60 miles away from, where I am currently staying, and we really have to return, once again the modem, Perhaps, my younger brother, is more, really employed big-time as a regular, on-line contractor, and right now, hired as permanent employee, under unspecified contract.   It also means, we will have now to be going back at a usual scheme, go at my other brother's home, with unstable internet connections...

I am Realy Eager and Love for my Future Hand-me-Downs Desktop Unit to be Fixed

Two months ago I just bought a new Acer 17 in monitor for future use of my Odesk job. And here is the twist, it turns out, that my hand-me-down CPU is bugged. All of us, with my two brothers, one is an IT grad who Earns at least 20 thousand pesos a month for being a freelance, i.e, jobs at Odesk.com, Freelance.com, etc., assessed what is the real problem , we really believed that is the hard disk and the part next to the hard disk. My graduating IT brother, just did his best to make mends, and try to reformat, and all... And it does really worked for now.

To make the most of all the situation, we found out, that my future sister-in-law have an available hard disk and the next part of attached to the Hard disk. Our only problem is that when will she be able to go home and get the available hardware, because the CPU is not used. And she already assured us that it will gone work...

Two Weeks, more than, Without our Internet connection and my Flu Infection…

Two Weeks, more than, Without our Internet connection and, Flu Infection, Can it be very substantial?
I really take it as a very major challenge. And this is just one reflection of the ever not-changing Fact, you cannot control what will happen next.
Happenings is always brought about by never ending life’s challenges. For me, and those who slowly rely on internet connections as past of daily life, my one and with one of very minute chances of landing a new job online (may it a new assignment, or being hired by a new company/client/buyer), courtesy of my first outsourcing company that I am very proud to be a member, that is Odesk, we really rely on the huge cyber Space connections that is a very big source of information and infinite potentials.


What is interesting thing that happened next, I have been faced by this sickness, not being able to sleep well at night, maybe that is one side-effect of the accident i have experienced, causing me undergo comatose for 4-5 days... Luckily, I am here, still trying hared to survive the ill effects brought by my accident, and being able to slowly day after day to recover to the full health. What is the funny thing, I can not go online the best time that i could because it is just during daytime that my shared computer is Free for my access...
